PAYMENT TYPES

Cash, Checks & Most Insurance Accepted

We accept most PPO dental insurance, cash, check and credit card and will provide a breakdown of all fees, estimated insurance payments and your estimated out of pocket cost to you in the treatment plan. If we are a Participating Provider with your insurance plan, you will only be required to pay for your deductibles and estimated copays. We will then file the claim to your insurance. Any remaining balance after the claim has cleared will be billed to you. We will file insurance claims and help you maximize your dental insurance benefits.
